Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Custom Crafted Creations KC. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Custom Items

Please note that custom t-shirts and other custom items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or do not meet the specifications outlined in your order. If you receive a defective custom item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. DIY Craft and Paint Party Boxes

DIY craft and paint party boxes are eligible for return if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you wish to return a DIY box, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Once we receive the returned box, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
